The Center for Adult Education along with the Harlaxton Society and the Office of Alumni and Parent Relations offer you an opportunity to relive your Harlaxton Experience or to capture those memories for the first time. The trip is open to all current CAE students and their family members/guests. The package includes a seven-night stay at Harlaxton Manor, educational sessions, day trips to places of interest in the surrounding area and other special events.
Accommodations
All travelers will be housed in the manor or carriage house, where no two rooms are the same. And in true European style, they do not include bathrooms. Student rooms are furnished modestly with single beds, desks, armoire and chairs. Each room has a hand basin and shared bathroom facilities in the corridor. Rooms are generally spacious and comfortable; students live in them for an entire semester. Travelers will not be sharing a room with someone they do not know.
Cost
The price is $1000 per person and includes seven night’s accommodations, all meals at the manor, transportation on day trips, guide fees and packed lunches on day trips and special events. Air and train travel to England and Harlaxton are NOT included in the fee.
- Student room - $1,000.00 per person
