Jeff has been the undergraduate athletic training education program director since 2003. Responsibilities include the day to day management of the undergraduate major in athletic trainer and maintaining standards set by the Commission on Accreditation| of Athletic Training Education. Prior to that, he served as an assistant athletic trainer for UE’s men’s and women’s soccer program as well as the men’s basketball team from 1996 – 2002 at UE. Jeff holds a master of exercise and sport science from the University of Florida and an undergraduate degree in kinesiology from Indiana University.

Terry is a Certified Athletic Trainer and a member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association. He is state licensed as an Athletic Trainer in the State of Indiana and a member of the Indiana Athletic Trainers Association. He was a member| of the host committee for District 4 of the NATA spring convention when Evansville was the hosting city. He has presented at the NATA National Convention and Symposia. Terry is a 1982 graduate of the University of Evansville and has been at UE as an ATC since 1987.

Troy begins his sixth year at the University of Evansville in 2012-13. He is an instructor in the EXSS department and Assistant Athletic Trainer in the Athletic Department. In his role as an instructor, he teaches courses and is| a preceptor in the Athletic Training Education Program, and teaches CPR/AED and First Aid courses. His clinical responsibilities as Assistant Athletic Trainer include women's soccer, men's basketball, and women's tennis. Prior to UE, Troy spent one year as Assistant Athletic Trainer/Instructor at the University of North Carolina Asheville. While there, he served as the staff athletic trainer for women's soccer, men's basketball, and men's tennis. He served as an instructor in the Health & Wellness Promotion department at UNCA, and functioned as an Approved Clinical Instructor for Western Carolina University's ATEP. Troy earned his Master of Science in Sport Studies in May 2006 from High Point University in High Point, North Carolina. While obtaining his Master's degree, he was a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer, assisting in coverage of all 16 sports at High Point University. He was a guest lecturer in multiple Exercise & Sport Science department courses, as well as an instructor for a Physical Education course. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training in May 2004 from Ohio Northern University in Ada, OH. He has been a Certified Athletic Trainer since June 2004, and a certified NSCA Strength & Conditioning Specialist since December 2004.

Dr. Liu joined the Department of Exercise and Sport Science in 2012. She teaches Human Anatomy and Physiology. Dr. Liu received her PhD from the University of Delaware in Biomechanics and Movement Sciences, her Master’s degree from the| University of Northern Colorado in Biomechanics and her Bachelor’s degree from Washburn University in Athletic Training. Her research interests include chronic ankle instability, injury prevention of the lower extremities, and musculoskeletal ultrasound imaging in a sports medicine setting.
