Cable Services
Students living on campus at the University of Evansville have access to a full range of cable channels from Insight Cable.
All residence hall rooms come with a single cable connection for local digital programming, while rooms in the Villages have one or more cable outlets depending on the floor plan. Students are responsible for bringing their own digital ready television and have several options for how they receive cable into that television:
- A TV equipped with a built-in QAM tuner
- A retail external QAM tuner converted box compatible with Insight programming
- A digital box or DVR box rented through Insight
Note: Campus residents are not eligible for a mini box.
Available Channels
Each residence hall has common areas with a public access TV. These televisions carry the same channels as a box rental.
