Your application of admission is also your application for scholarships.
Thank you for your interest in the University of Evansville. We consider your decision to apply for admission an honor. There are two methods for applying to the University of Evansville: online electronically or by downloading and completing a paper application.
Apply Online
You may submit your application electronically online. If an application fee is required, you can also pay it online using a credit card. Please select an application you wish to learn more about and apply for online:

Undergraduate Admission Application
For entering freshmen. The $35 application fee is waived for students who apply online. Students may apply using UE's online application or the University gives equal consideration to the Common Application.

Transfer / Second Degree Student Application
Transfer applicants are those students who have graduated from high school or received a GED and have earned college credit after high school. Second degree applicants are students who hold a baccalaureate degree, but wish to complete an additional degree at the University of Evansville. -
International Student Application
This application is to be completed by international students who wish to study at the University of Evansville. The University of Evansville gives equal consideration to the Common Application. To check your status as an international applicant, please e-mail: international@evansville.edu. -
Re-Entry Student Application
Students who have been away from the University of Evansville for one semester or more are required to reapply for admission. Re-entry applicants are those students who were formerly admitted to the University as degree-seeking students and have earned no more than nine credit hours elsewhere since leaving the University of Evansville. Formerly admitted students who have earned 10 credit hours or more are considered transfer students. Please complete the Transfer / Second Degree Application. Re-entry students who hold a baccalaureate degree, but wish to complete an additional degree at Evansville, should complete this application. -
Non-Traditional Freshman Application
Students, regardless of age, who have graduated from high school or received their GED and have not earned college credit. This includes students who may have enrolled at a college or university but withdrew before earning credit. Students interested in adult degree programs or graduate degrees, please visit the Center for Adult Education. -
Intensive English Center Application
The Intensive English Center (IEC) in the International Institute teaches English as a second language for international students planning to study in an American college or university. -
Doctor of Physical Therapy Program Application
Admission into the professional program is selective and competitive; 40 students are admitted each year. Prerequisite science and overall grade point averages, professional recommendations, written application assessment, personal interview scores, and an on-campus writing assignment will be used to make admission decisions.

You may download and print out our paper application for submission by postal mail or by dropping the completed application off at our admission offices.

Undergraduate Student Application
For entering freshmen. Students who apply via the paper application must submit a $35 application fee payable to the University of Evansville. This fee is waived for online applications.
For students who applied to the University of Evansville via the Common Application, a UE Supplement to the Common Application must be submitted before an admission decision can be made. -
Transfer/Re-entry/Second Degree Application
Transfer applicants are those students who have graduated from high school or received a GED and have earned college credit after high school. Second degree applicants are students who hold a baccalaureate degree, but wish to complete an additional degree at the University of Evansville. -
Non-traditional Application
