Music Performance Faculty

We welcome your interest in the Music Performance degree at the University of Evansville!

Our graduates say it's not just one thing that makes the UE experience unique. Instead, they cite their career success to be a result of the combination of a professional school in a small liberal arts environment, the dedication and accessibility of their professors, and the diverse performing experiences here as soloists and in ensembles.

Ours is a challenging and carefully-balanced curriculum of academics and emphasis on performance with rigorous core music requirements, two solo recitals, and courses in literature and pedagogy specific to your instrument. UE performance degree graduates can be found pursuing master's and doctoral degrees at prestigious institutions, teaching at the pre-college and college levels, playing in professional orchestras and U.S. military bands, holding sacred music positions, and performing in opera productions and musical theatre.

We invite you to contact one of the area heads listed below or the performing faculty of your instrument. Please visit the Performance Areas section for more information specific to keyboard, strings, voice and winds/percussion.

We look forward to meeting you when you come to UE to attend an Open House, or audition for admission to the department. For more information, feel free to contact us at 800-423-8633, ext. 2742 or fill in the online form.
