Meeting and Event Space
The University of Evansville offers a variety of services for off-campus groups and organizations, and has space that may be reserved for meetings and events. Among the meeting and event spaces are:
- Shanklin Theatre in Hyde Hall - Seats 480
- Wheeler Concert Hall in Krannert Hall of Fine Arts - Seats 240
- Neu Chapel - Seats 400
- Eykamp Hall in Ridgway University Center - Seats 500
For smaller groups, rooms are available that will accommodate from four individuals to 100. For more information about cost and availability, please contact the Office of University Relations at 812-488-2236 or send a detailed e-mail to rooms@evansville.edu.
Overnight Workshops or Conferences
For information about hosting overnight workshops or conferences on the University of Evansville campus, please contact the Office of Residence Life at 812-488-2956.
Weddings
The Office of Religious Life offers space for weddings in Neu Chapel. Please visit our Wedding Guide at the University's Office of Religious Life Web site to learn more about availability, costs, and restrictions. Reservations may be confirmed no sooner than six months in advance of the wedding.
