AIDS Resource Group

The Mission of the AIDS Resource Group is to provide quality specialized case management, HIV prevention education and supportive services to people living with, at-risk for or affected by HIV/AIDS. Furthermore, it is the goal of ARG to educate and empower the community to recognize and reduce the stigma assciated with this disease.

Albion Fellows Bacon Center


The mission of Albion Fellows Bacon Center is to eliminate domestic and sexual violence in our communities through advocacy, education, support services and collaborative partnerships.

American Red Cross

Address:29 S. Stockwell Road, Evansville

The chapter provides 24-hour disaster response, preparedness training, Health & Safety Services, Military Services and Blood Services for Vanderburgh, Spencer, Perry and Dubois counties in Indiana and Wabash, Edwards and White counties in Illinois.

Angel Mounds

Angel Mounds State Historic Site is part of the Indiana Department of Natural Resources, Division of Indiana State Museums and Historic Sites. It is one of 16 state museums and historic sites in Indiana.

Buffalo Trace Boy Scout Council

Buffalo Trace Council was chartered in 1917 and is charged with serving the needs of Scouting's community in 15 counties of Southwest Indiana and Southeast Illinois. Over 250 packs, troops, teams, crews and posts are registered through our council, with a membership of more than 16,000 youth and adult participants!

C.K. Newsome Community Center

The C. K. Newsome Community Center is a mult-purpose facility that offers rooms for daily rentals for special occasions, receptions, seminars, parties and recreational activities. The Community Center offers after-school and summer activities for children. A Senior Lunch Program is offered Monday through Wednesday and a special Lunch on Thursdays is open to the public.

Evansville Animal Care and Control Center

EVACC is an open-intake shelter serving the city of Evansville and Vanderburgh County and whose responsibility is to ensure public and pet safety through a variety of services. This includes investigation, enforcement, and citations for violation of city and county animal control ordinances. The agency also provides stray animal capture and care, deceased animal removal, and quarantine of bite case animals per Indiana code.

Matthew 25 operates medical clinic locations in both Indiana and Kentucky, providing early intervention specialty HIV/AIDS medical care, medication adherence programs, food pantry, transportation, indigent medication program, referral services, counseling and testing services, education and information in Vanderburgh County, IN, Henderson County, KY and Daviess County, KY.

Ozanam Shelter

Ozanam`s mission is to provide homeless families and adult single women with quality shelter for emergency situations without charge, on a first come first serve basis. Ozanam Family Shelter will provide for the survival needs of families and single women, shelter, and encourage spiritual growth and accountability of individuals and families.
