The University of Evansville offers a wide range of campus housing, dining services, and activity space for camps and conferences. We offer residence hall and apartment space for camps and conferences along with a multitude of meeting rooms, classrooms, and recreational space for your conference needs.

We reserve space for camps and conferences up to one year from the current month, however, specific classrooms cannot be confirmed until the Office of the Registrar publishes the academic class schedule for each semester. Residence Hall and apartment space are available for summer camps and conferences only.
