Institute for Global Enterprise in Indiana Hires Director of Program Development

Katie Ciccarelli has been hired as director of program development for the Institute for Global Enterprise in Indiana, part of the University of Evansville’s Schroeder Family School of Business Administration.

Ciccarelli previously served as associate director of the Ahlers Center for International Business and adjunct professor of international business at the University of San Diego.

At the Ahlers Center, Ciccarelli provided leadership and strategic planning to ensure the center was reaching its goal of providing valuable international business programming for students, faculty, and the business community. Ciccarelli’s roles included managing the International MBA and Dual Degree programs, developing and managing an annual conference for business executives entitled “Peace and Prosperity through Trade and Commerce,” and creating and managing numerous graduate business study abroad programs. 

Ciccarelli has lived, studied, and worked abroad in Brazil, Italy, France, Portugal, Belgium, and Thailand. She is fluent in Italian.

Ciccarelli holds a Bachelor of Arts in art history and Italian from the University of California at Davis and an International MBA from the University of San Diego.
