UE Welcomes Twenty-First Century Scholars

Success RoadCongratulations on taking the pledge to become an Indiana Twenty-first Century Scholar. We support Scholars along the way, while in high school and during college as a UE student. The following programs are available for students entering UE as freshmen in the Fall of 2025.

Financial Support

Apply for Admission and file the 2025-2026 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) (tentatively available December 1, 2024) no later than April 15, 2025 to automatically be considered for these awards:

  • The University of Evansville's Aces Opportunity Grant covers tuition + full-time fees.
  • Our Hoosier Aces Scholarship covers tuition, full-time fees and standard room and meals.
  • All FAFSA filers, regardless of current financial need, will receive a $1,000 FAFSA Filing Award.

Scholar Success Program Completion

When you visit our campus you will check off several items of the required Scholar Success Program activities that all Twenty-first Century Scholars must complete. Make sure to create your ScholarTrack account and then log the activities that your UE visit allowed you to complete.

Register for a visit to campus where you can:

  • Meet with one of our career counselors to review the results of our free self-assessment which helps you identify your strengths and explore career options.
  • Talk with a faculty member in your major area of interest to learn about the majors and careers that you are curious about.
  • Meet with a member of our Center for Inclusive Excellence.
  • Meet privately with an Admission Advisor to learn about UE's application process, scholarships, clubs, activities, and dual credit policies.
  • Earn a $1,000 Visit Scholarship!

Academic Support During College

Staff in UE's Office of Academic Services assists Scholars to remain eligible for the renewal of their Twenty-first Century Scholarship each year during college. UE also offers robust transition programming for new freshmen and engaging academic support services, such as free academic peer tutoring and coaching.
