Manager of Specialty Markets Recruitment

Originally from Georgia with Chilean roots (sí, hablo español!), I found my passion for admissions as a campus tour guide and rep when I was in college. After working a few years in sales and corporate recruiting, I realized my heart was in higher ed, and now I get to combine my love for people, storytelling, and campus life every day.

My main role here is to help high school students and their families navigate the college search. Whether it’s understanding the admission process or exploring scholarship opportunities, I love guiding students through this exciting journey.

Outside of work, you’ll find me painting, crocheting, crafting, or snuggling my two labradoodles. I firmly believe Pangea Pizza is the best in town, and my go-to local coffee spot is Penny Lane— a perfect place to read a book on a rainy day.

A fun fact about me? As a kid, I wanted so badly to be Ms. Frizzle from The Magic School Bus, and honestly, admissions might be the closest thing to it—helping students explore new opportunities, minus the flying bus of course.

Admission Advice

To those who are anywhere from anxious to excited about the college admission process, remember to give yourself grace, take this journey one day at a time, trust the process, and don’t rush the current season of life you are in.
