Whether you’re an experienced player or new to the game, we invite all interested athletes to come and show us what you’ve got.

Tryouts are from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. each day

What to Expect

• Warm-Up and drills: We will start with designed time to warm up and specific drills for each game that is present
• Skill Assessment: You will be measured on skills within the game, game knowledge, and communication ability.
• Scrimmages: We may put you into a scrimmage or ranked game with people that you are unfamiliar with

What to Bring

• Account information for game that you are trying out for, Discord (If you don’t have one then make one), and any other accounts that you need to log into
• Your equipment that you normally use (Controller, Charging Cord, Mouse, Keyboard, Headset)
• If you only have an account on PlayStation consoles, then please just the console and power cord
• Your own water bottle and snacks
• Proper attire (Space is normally at 70 degrees)

Important Information

• Eligibility: You must have a cumulative 2.0 GPA to be accepted into our program
• If you are not able to attend the tryouts please reach out to esports@evansville.edu to ask for an exemption.
• Official Team: We will announce the official team by Wednesday, September 4, 2024
