Assistant Professor of Biology - Tenure Track

The Biology Department at the University of Evansville invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in cellular and molecular biology or a closely related field. Expected teaching duties include an introductory course in molecular and cellular biology, and possible offerings in genetics, microbiology, genomics, and/or the applicant’s area of expertise. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to undergraduate teaching and will maintain an active research program driven by undergraduate students. A completed Ph.D. in biology or a related field is required, post-doctoral experience is preferred, and prior teaching experience is a plus.
