History: Opened in 1995 and named in honor of Life Trustee John H. Schroeder.

Distinctive Community Features: Schroeder is the home base for UE’s e-sports program that was introduced in 2023-24. The e-sports lounge is located in Schroeder Hall and host open gaming at least once per week.. Students benefit from some great community resources in this building!

Features: Schroeder Residence Hall offers students a full kitchen, central laundry, and a large game room featuring billiards, snooker, Ping-Pong and foosball. Corner lounges on each residential floor offer social and study space. Wood vinyl flooring was installed during the summer of 2023. This building is also equipped with an elevator.
