Schroeder Residence Hall is located on the north side of Walnut Street and houses up to 150 co-ed students.

History: Opened in 1995 and named in honor of Life Trustee John H. Schroeder.

Distinctive Community Features: Schroeder is gearing up as a base location for the new e-sports program that will be introduced in 2023-24. Renovations will begin Summer 2023 on an e-sports lounge on the ground floor. The Esports lounge should be opening in Fall 2023. Students will benefit from some great community resources in this building!

Features: Schroeder Residence Hall offers students a full kitchen, central laundry, and a large game room featuring billiards, snooker, Ping-Pong and foosball. Updated corner lounges on each residential floor will offer social and study space (updates are taking place over the summer). New vinyl flooring will be installed over the summer. This building is also equipped with an elevator.
