UE Explorers is an afterschool program for grades K-12 that takes place one-three times a month from October 2023-April 2024. Partnerships have been established with various Evansville youth-servicing organizations including Dream Center, Potter’s Wheel, YMCA, and Boys & Girls Club. Each month, a faculty member leads students in the exploration of a new academic area, which is followed by dinner in the Eatery with UE student hosts.

Parents of participants are invited to one of the meetings for a session on college exploration, preparation, and options for their children, which will be presented by representatives from UE’s Office of Admission and Student Financial Services department.
