Assistant Professor of Athletic Training

The School of Public Health seeks applicants for a tenure-track position as assistant professor of Athletic Training who will teach and coordinate clinical education in a CAATE-accredited undergraduate education program.  Requirements: Ph. D. preferred in a related health field or MS in a related health care field with a minimum of five years teaching experience within a CAATE program, current BOC certification, and a minimum five years clinical experience as an athletic trainer.  The individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining off-campus clinical education sites and teaching in areas of expertise in the athletic training program as well as in the School of Public Health.  Opportunities will also exist to teach in the Entry Level Master’s program.  This position will start August 1, 2015.
