UE Homecoming Block Party 2025

Celebrate Homecoming with an afternoon full of live music, food, and fun! Whether you’re a proud alum, current student, family member, or Ace supporter, the Homecoming Block Party is the place to be. Oh and don't forget to purchase your game day bibs from the official University of Evansville Bookstore!

• Live Music – Enjoy a performance by Guy Meets Girl
• Food Trucks – Grab your favorite local bites
• Beer Garden – Relax and reconnect with fellow Aces
• Activities – Mechanical bull, obstacle course, and rock wall
• Homecoming Royalty – The announcement of Homecoming Royalty will take place during the Block Party
• Campus Community Tents – Student organizations and departments will host interactive booths (a great way to connect and show your Ace pride!)
• Athletics Events – Don’t miss the alumni slow-pitch softball game and alumni swim meet happening throughout the weekend

Location & Event Details

The Homecoming Block Party will take place in Schroeder Parking Lot (Lot G). Guests can check in at the Welcome Table on the southeast side of the lot. Those who check in will receive a ticket for a door prize drawing, which will be announced toward the end of the event.

If you’d like to participate in the mechanical bull, rock wall, or obstacle course, please note that a waiver must be signed at the Welcome Table before participating.

Parking Information

Guests coming from off campus are encouraged to park in Lot H. Additional street parking on Rotherwood Avenue and open University parking lots will also be available.

Family Reminder

All minors and children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the event.

Then, keep the celebration going on Sunday, November 9, as the Purple Aces take on Oakland City in the official Homecoming Basketball Game at the Ford Center. Alumni can call the ticket office at 812-488-2623 to buy a ticket for $10. All other community members can call the ticket office as well to purchase tickets.

Tickets will be available for purchase during the Block Party.
