The UE Innovation Academy is a program of the Center for Innovation & Change in partnership with the Henry Ford Learning Institute, funded by the Ball Venture Fund.

The UE Innovation Academy’s mission is to take design thinking directly to students by empowering their educators with the tools they need to prepare the future workforce. By training innovation coordinators, the academy aims to build a strong network of engaged and trained master educators. Together, and supported the Center for Innovation & Change, founding members of the Innovation Academy will plan and coordinate a future event for students in their area who have ideas to make the world a better place, and also share their knowledge with teachers and colleagues in their area.

Coordinators will receive a $500 stipend once their event is complete.
